When I was a 15-year-old kid in Pensacola, Florida, every week, I would ask my mom to drop me off at the local Chick-fil-A.
Every week, I would fill out a job application.
When they didn’t call, I would have mom drag me down again the next week to fill out another application.
I kept this up for months until, one day, the manager came out from the office holding a stack of job applications — all of them mine — and offered me the job on the spot.

From Fast-Food to Growth Partner to 8-Figure Orthodontists
Identifying The Opportunity
I didn’t set out to dominate the orthodontic industry. I initially moved to New York City to pursue a career in motion graphics. Later, I headed back home to Pensacola, Florida, and started a video marketing agency where I began working with an inspired orthodontist named Dr. Ben Fishbein.
Not long after meeting Dr. Fishbein, I saw the tremendous growth opportunity for orthodontists willing to embrace change in an industry that had been doing things the same way for decades.
So, I dove all in. I studied hundreds of offices to understand every aspect of the orthodontic industry — from marketing to operations — and reverse-engineer the success of the best practices.
When I started working with Dr. Fishbein, he was producing just around $2.4 million from a 1-office practice. Today, after 7 years of partnership, he runs 8 locations, bringing in over $26 million in annual revenue.

I’ve also worked hand-in-hand with orthodontists to advise them on expansion plans, implementing Chief Operations Officers (COO) and rolling out revenue-boosting, centralized call centers.
